NYA

In San Antonio, we had the opportunity to talk to NYA (Network for Young Artists) president Ray Simpson and his daughter Jessica. We met Coach Lowry on a previous trip to San Antonio.  I posted my interview with Jessica in the tour diary but  I also  wanted to post my conversation with Ray as well because I find the story so inspiring.  These great folks volunteer their time and energy for a cause they believe in, “that every child should have access to the arts.”
